Terms Of Service

Thank you for downloading and playing our mobile game (the “App” or “Service”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Ownership and License

The App, including all content, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and software code, is owned and operated by HIGHSCORE GAMES Inc., a South Korea corporation (“HIGHSCORE GAMES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App;
  • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code;
  • Tamper with, hack, repackage, or otherwise alter the App to gain an unfair or commercial advantage;
  • Use any of our trademarks or logos without prior written consent.

Any activity that infringes our intellectual-property rights or interferes with the normal operation of the Service may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

All intellectual-property rights remain the exclusive property of HIGHSCORE GAMES Inc.

2. Modifications and Charges

We strive to make the App as useful and efficient as possible.

However, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, or charge for certain features or services.

We will never charge you without clearly informing you what you are paying for in advance.

3. User Data and Security

The App may collect and process certain personal information to provide our services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials secure.

You must not jailbreak, root, or otherwise modify your device’s operating system, as this may compromise its security and cause the App to malfunction.

4. Internet Connection and Network Charges

Some features of the App require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

We are not responsible if the App does not function properly due to lack of internet connectivity or data limits.

If you use the App outside your Wi-Fi coverage, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage or roaming fees.

By using the App, you accept responsibility for such charges.

If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have permission from the account holder to use the App.

5. In-App Purchases and Advertisements

The App may include optional in-app purchases (IAPs) and rewarded advertisements that allow users to earn in-game rewards by viewing ads.

All transactions are processed by third-party platform operators (Google Play, Apple App Store) under their respective payment policies.

Refunds are governed by those platforms’ refund rules, and HIGHSCORE GAMES cannot issue direct refunds.

6. Account and Community Features

The App may offer optional account systems (such as guest, Google, or Apple login).

Some versions may include community or social features such as leaderboards, events, or limited chat functions.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account and must not engage in offensive, abusive, or illegal behavior.

7. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Limitation of Liability

HIGHSCORE GAMES shall not be held responsible for:

  • Device malfunction (e.g., low battery, hardware failure);
  • Loss of data, progress, or in-app purchases caused by user actions or third-party interference;
  • Interruptions or errors caused by third-party services (e.g., network providers, ad networks, app stores).

While we make every effort to keep the App updated and error-free, we rely on third-party services and data sources.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

9. Updates and Termination

The App may be updated periodically to improve functionality or security.

You agree to install all available updates to continue using the App.

We may stop providing the App or terminate access at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will end immediately;
  • You must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Suwon District Court, Seongnam Branch, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will post any changes on this page, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
